These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VoxMetriQ platform operated by VoxMetriQ LLC ("VoxMetriQ"). By subscribing to VoxMetriQ, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

VoxMetriQ provides an AI-powered call answering, emergency triage, and appointment booking system for independent home service contractors. The system activates only when an inbound call goes unanswered by the contractor. VoxMetriQ is a booking and communication service — it is not an emergency dispatch service.

AI Disclosure

VoxMetriQ's answering system is powered by artificial intelligence. The AI identifies itself as an automated answering service on every call. VoxMetriQ does not represent that any caller is speaking with a human agent.

Emergency Calls

The VoxMetriQ system includes emergency triage functionality that identifies potential safety situations (gas leaks, carbon monoxide, flooding, electrical hazards) and provides general safety guidance, including directing callers to contact 911 or relevant emergency services. VoxMetriQ is not a substitute for emergency services. For any life-threatening emergency, callers should call 911 immediately. VoxMetriQ LLC is not liable for outcomes resulting from any emergency situation handled through the platform.

Subscription and Payment

• VoxMetriQ subscriptions are billed monthly at $297/month per contractor account
• A minimum 3-month commitment ($891) is required at signup
• After the initial 3-month period, subscriptions continue month-to-month and may be cancelled with 30 days written notice
• No refunds are provided for partial months

Data Use and Aggregation

By subscribing, you consent to VoxMetriQ using anonymized, aggregated data from your account (call volume, booking rates, service types) to generate market benchmarks. Your individual business data is never shared with other contractors or third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Limitation of Liability

VoxMetriQ LLC's total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the fees paid by the subscriber in the 3 months preceding the claim. VoxMetriQ is not liable for missed calls, lost revenue, or outcomes of emergency situations handled through the platform.

Termination

VoxMetriQ may terminate service for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the platform. Subscribers may cancel after the initial 3-month period with 30 days written notice to hello@voxmetriq.com.
