When you call a business powered by VoxMetriQ and interact with our AI answering system, you may receive follow-up SMS messages related to your service inquiry.
You opt in to receive SMS messages from VoxMetriQ on behalf of a contractor business when you:
By initiating contact with a contractor business powered by VoxMetriQ, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your service inquiry, including appointment confirmations, missed call follow-ups, and service reminders.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with contractor businesses powered by VoxMetriQ. You may receive up to 4 messages per service inquiry or appointment.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. VoxMetriQ does not charge for SMS messages — your carrier's standard rates apply.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.
To opt back in, reply START to any prior message from the same number.

When callers interact with the VoxMetriQ AI answering system, the system identifies itself as an AI service and informs callers that a follow-up text message may be sent regarding their service request. Callers may decline by stating they do not wish to receive text messages, and no SMS will be sent.
The AI script includes the following disclosure at the conclusion of every call:
"I'll send you a text confirmation shortly. If you'd prefer not to receive text messages, just let me know and I won't send one. You can also reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe."
